Harbour Views, Easy Access

fast accesslarge roomfresh aireasy exploration
The hotel location helped me access the train station quite fast. The room felt large. It came with a kitchenette. I opened windows without problems to breathe fresh air after I turned the heating off. Exploring the area by foot was an advantage because it was close to many attractions.
The furniture felt old. Some stains marked surfaces. I noticed areas needing maintenance.
Facilities

The hotel features a small pool. A compact gym is provided for basic fitness routines. There were no spa services available. Room service is provided though.
Location

Service
9/10
Staff was available at the front desk. I noticed a willingness to assist with directions. They seemed apologetic when I reported a maintenance issue. All my requests happened almost immediately.
Dining
8/10
The hotel does not feature a restaurant. Room service became available for ordering meals. There is no table inside the room for eating. Multiple dining options are close though.
Rooms

The Studio Harbour View room offers views. A kitchenette equips it. The bed feels comfortable. Some repairs are necessary to maintain its charm though.

The location is awesome. parking options were very close. the staff bought me bottled water and were very helpful. I checked in after a cruise, ill. staff went out of their way to make up my room as soon as possible. i am so grateful for that.
I smelled mould on entry to the room. the carpet was visibly stained and dirty. It was completely damp underfoot on one side of the double bed.

The location proved ideal. I could easily walk to Circular Quay. The bed offered a very comfortable sleep (I really needed it!).
The decor appears tired. The room seemed to need an upgrade. The fire alarm sounded continuously for twenty minutes one night.

we stayed in the historic terrace house and it was amazing. i loved staying in such a unique place so close to everything! the staff were really friendly and super helpful with directions. clock tower parking directly underneath was convenient, i was happy with easy lift access.
The double room with kitchenette seemed slightly worn. I noticed a poorly repaired balcony door catch that was very difficult to operate.
